The DPL Group Adds New Feature On eCORE

This new feature allows you to identify each unit on your invoice.  Now you can define a name in the "Client Asset" Field that will appear next to your serial number on your monthly invoice for easy reference.

Also in eCORE  you can now view:

  • Last connection date and time of your units.  This is helpful when trouble shooting issues with your ATMs.
  • Last Service-Level on power up of unit.  This is displayed as X bars out of 7 (Example 5/7)
  • You can also view and change your ATM processor.
